Dear All, I need your help. All of my Actions for Notify Admins does not have the options section where I can designate who will get the notification and how the notification will be sent.

However, I can copy a previous Action for Notify Admins from another flow and everything works properly.

  1. I have sent a ticket to Manychat for help...and of course there has been no response.
  2. I have read the fix the Manychat recommends and have watched several videos to see if I was missing anything
  3. I have deleted and updated the notification email.
  4. I have refreshed permissions numerous times.
  5. I have deleted the cookies on all browsers, ie. Firefox, Chrome, Safari (I originally saw this issue on Firefox and have subsequently verified the same issue on the other browsers)
  6. I have refreshed the Manychat page numerous times
  7. I have run a virus scan on my mac

I need help! I have exhausted all the things that I know how to do.

Sorry, I failed to mention this.

When I do go to Notification email, the update is highlighted. When I click on the highlighted Update Manychat sends me an email and in the email I am asked to confirm my email. When I click on Confirm I get an error message “ Incorrect verification code provided “

I don’t understand what that means.

Please help.
