Number of contacts won't decrease

I had around 900ish contacts before, and I started deleting and unsubscribing in order to decrease them. It went all the way down to 504 contacts but it wouldn’t go any lower than that. I’ve unsubscribed every single contact I have but for some reason it just didn’t go below 500.

This is frustrating because I want the $15 dollar plan for having below 500 contacts. After some time my contacts went back up to 688. I unsubscribed all of them again but the number didn’t decrease at all and remained at 688.


What is going on? please help

Unsubscribed contacts may still appear on the contact sum in some places. Deleting them is always the best choice! 😉

To display the unsubscribes contacts, go to Settings/ Display and toggle OFF "Show only subscribed contacts”:

This option is on by default

After that you will be able to see and delete the unsubscribed contacts.
