Hello! Does anyone know how to automatically pause all automations through an http request, or an action, or in some way? I need that if the user sends a chat on WhatsApp with the word “SUPPORT”, all automations for the user are paused automatically (like when a message is sent from the chat from an agent). I'm currently stuck on this:
The user sends a message with the word support, performs the action of marking conversation as open and performs the action of assigning conversation to an agent, I can set a message in the next step, but it does not pause the automations for that contact.
