Anybody else keep getting DM’s from people that they aren’t seeing your message on their end even though you can see on your end??? I thought it was maybe because the person doesn’t follow me but I’m seeing it for people who follow me and people that don’t! What’s the deal?

Yes, I am having that issue too! I had a post with over 2300 requests to DM the link and received numerous messages that they didnt receive the link, but I can see it sent on my end. And there is NO way for me to manually reach out to everyone but I am estimating at least a quarter of the people didnt receive it. Trying to find a solution to this as well!

Hey Amber! Could this be because the message appears in the Message Requests folder?
The issue is that the message doesn’t even exist in the recievers inbox. They’ve sent me a screenshot and they aren’t seeing the message at all, but in my outbox it’s showing as the message sent.
Yes that’s weird. I would contact Manychat support about this. Could be there is something wrong with your Manychat / Instagram connection.
