All day I have been creating an automation whereby I collect an email and phone number from the Dm’s and then trigger an outbound call once they’ve submitted their phone number, for this to work I used Make and Vapi. the only thing wrong now is an issue that lies in Manychat the numbers and emails that get collected don't register and it’s not sending the right data to Make to make the call can anybody help or advise with this issue, thank you!
Fields to not work properly in the in-app Preview, nor do External Requests.
Test it again in Instagram, it should work.
I have tried on instagram it doesn't work there either.
Hey just saw your post on the other thread.
Try using the System Fields to capture email/phone and not User Fields.
From the image you sent here:
I can see that you're not using the System Fields on your External Request body, you're using User fields that you created.
Check and make sure that you're storing the information in the exact same fields that you're using for your requests.
