Hello everyone, I am new to Manychat so I apologize in advance for the question I am going to ask.

I've been using Manychat for a week now, and it helps me a lot to automatically send download links of my designs to my followers, so I upgraded to Pro today.

The reason I switched to Pro was the Smart delay feature, because my a Reel video on instagram, which I used Many chat, was watched 57.6K and many people wrote the word I specified as a comment to get the download links, a few days later Instagram deleted it as Spam with a warning like below. For this, I have to add a little delay time to comment replies and DM messages.

 

I couldn't find the delay setting in the settings of the automations I had set before, 

Is it possible to add the delay feature to my previous automations from the section below? If I am going to do everything from scratch from the section below, is it possible to add the follow-up control feature?

​@A_ilterish use the Desktop interface to build your automations, you’ll have a lot more control there!
The Phone app is limited and will give you simplified versions. With the Desktop version you’ll be able to have full control, add any follow ups, etc. It’ll take a bit more work to build automations, but you can customize them exactly as you’d like.

Also, when you have high traffic posts like in your case, do not use the public reply feature. In other words, turn this part off:

 Is there no any possibilities to use smart delay function ? Because this comment reply function helps me a lot.
