Hello ​@Raquel C , we really love the WhatsApp integration for our clients customer support and order updates.

But we have a huge issue:

It’s important for us to identify the type of last_user_reply—text, image, or audio.

For audio/image replies, the URL would need to be public to enable external data retrieval.

Our clients rely on this, and we’ve even considered switching to other platforms that support it.

Can you provide an estimated timeline for when Manychat will implement this feature?

I’m using it to start conversations with customers by providing general information about real estate properties. Then I handle the communication to a Real Estate Agent. It would be great if I could classify conversations by status (like a kanban board) so it would be easier for my team to understand where in the sales pipeline are our customers.||

Also, it would be great if I could see the avatar of my customers. 


To completely automate client/lead conversations. Which is impossible to do as good as it should be without being able to handle audio/image.
