I have set up a basic automation that triggers on a comment keyword and asks user if they want to provide name and email address before getting a free guide. When I test this in ManyChat is works perfectly, but when I test in Instagram the bot skips the messages where I ask for name and email and goes directly to last message with guide link.
Any advice is appreciated!!
