So I’ve created a whatsapp flow. There is a step where I ask the contact to provide his/her email address. Upon previewing this in whatsapp, the flow does not continue to the end even after typing in my email address. See screenshot of the flow, and a screenshot of the whatsapp conversation. Any idea why it’s not taking me to the final step?

If the phone number is empty, then it’s not going to work, because the message will fail.
Check the user profile and the phone number, most likely it’ll be empty.
