Hello, I have a question about the pricing and contact list structure. For example, if the price for 500 contacts is $15 per month and an additional $30 is charged for every 1,000 new contacts, is this fee recurring monthly, or is it a one-time calculation based on previous months?

If I start with 500 contacts in the first month, add 300 new contacts in the second month, and another 500 in the third month, does the pricing plan stay the same, or does it adjust to the cumulative total of 1,300 contacts? Does the system calculate charges based on the total number of contacts accumulated over time, or just based on the new contacts added each month?

Could someone please clarify how this is calculated?

It calculates on the current total of contacts you have.

 

For example:

  • Month 1: you get 400 contacts into Manychat = $15
  • Month 2: 600 contacts = $25
  • Month 3: 3000 contacts = $45
  • Month 4: (you clean your contact base*) 1800 contacts = $25
  • …

 

* It's possible to exclude contacts from your list at any time and maintain a “low cost”.
