I just signed up for ManyChat a few days ago and posted my first instagram comment to dm automation, but believe I will get more than 500 replies within the next few days, and technically my next pro billing date isn't for at least 10 days. Since I did the pro trial will I just automatically start getting charged for the additional contacts, or because Iā€™m under trial period will I just be limited to 500 contacts? Any insight greatly appreciated.

Hi, @manychatnewbieĀ ! You can have more than 500 contacts even in the Trial Test. After that, you will be chargedĀ according to the number of contacts your account has every month.

And, if you delete some of your contacts before the next billing, it will count only the current active contacts. šŸ˜‰
