I pay for a pro account and my automation has not been working for a month! what could be wrong? I turned the campaign off and on, each one separately, and it still doesn't work what can I do? thank you for your help

Correct mines hasn't been working for 6 months, the only thing I can think of is deleting it and redoing the entire process from the start. Ive been literally throwing my money down the toilet trying to find a solution but it takes time so this will be my last resort.

The first step is always Refreshing Permissions. This will solve 90% of all issues.

To do that, click on 'Help' and then the 'Refresh Permissions' button:

If that doesn't work, my next resort is testing the simplest automation possible I can imagine: A unique keyword set to send a 'It's working' message, and nothing more.

If this works, I know the connection is working properly, and I go on to debugging more complex setups.

If this does not work then it's straight to creating a ticket at help.manychat.com because there's something very wrong with my account.
