Problem in DM List Subscription Prompt

Hi guys,

 

I have a problem regarding subscription box “get updates” in automations. Sometimes is not working properly It is like if user received the subscription box in the past automation do not send it again to that same user, and automation like stops if click in “get updates” is mandatory to go forward in the flow.

So, many users that I have prompted in the past reach a dead end.

 

Have any thoughts or can somebody explain me how this can be fixed?

The ideal escenario is no matter what the user did in the past, if he dont respond to the prompt why cannot send it again ? 

My experience with this:

 

  1. This happened when I deleted a user that was in the subscription list from maychat (pruning) and they then resubscribed (by starting a chat again). The issue looks like ManyChat in this case doesn’t unsubscribe this user from Facebook/Messenger backend. So maychat sees the user as unsubscribed, but Messenger sees them as subscribed.
  2. Have you tried putting a quick reply in the message so users can at least use that to go on if the button doesn’t show up?
