hi, I would like my automation to stop at the 2nd step waiting for my signal.

I'll explain how it's set up.

At the second step the customer must wait for my response where I confirm the booking or not. I would like two buttons visible just for me, one with yes written and one with no written. If yes, the customer will proceed with 3 steps, while if no, they will have a different type of message.
is it possible to do it?

For this, you have two options:

 

Option 1:

 

Make an HTTP request to retrieve information about your booking availability and return the response.

Based on the response, you can send the information you want.

 

Option 2 (easier):

 

You need to build several automations:

1. Create the flow up to the client’s reply and add an action (assign the conversation to me).

2. Build the flows you want to send after confirming the booking.

 

How it works:

 

When a client sends a message, the conversation is assigned to you.

Then, depending on what you want to send, you can choose to trigger another automation (if you’re using the ManyChat account to manage all conversations).
