Problem with broadcast

what channel? instagram, facebook, whatsapp?

My whatsapp broadcasts usually goes from 85-99% delivery..  these people opted in and they are aware I’m sending ‘promos’ so they accept it in good will.. I know of people that has become ‘spammers’ with broadcast and got blocked by some contacts, hence lower delivery rates

Hi @DavidZ  I think it’s a matter of users count.

When I apply filters in livechat a certain number of customers match these criteria, surprisingly when I use the same criteria in Broadcasts the number is always smaller.

I discovered that some customers appear in LiveChat even when they only send comments in Facebook, Instagram but these users don’t meet criteria in broadcast’s filters.

Thanks for help. It's for Messenger broadcast. The audience number who will receive the broadcast shows more than a thousand. And always Its delivered around 870 🙂
