Hi, i created a small demo where the chatgpt response is stored in userfield (type text). And if i want to send the content of this field/response to an instagram message, there is only the content “{{cuf_12546454}}” instead of the correct response.
I used the Chatgpt integration similar like https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281251371164-ChatGPT-integration
Any ideas?

+2This means that the field is empty, so it has his identification number. For some reason a response is not being saved in this field, but it is difficult to know exactly where the error is.
API key is valid and openai Account has enough Funds.
So i Just created a very simple requests for Testing and even this isnt working...

If not, do you have a screenshot of your setup?
Also, check in Settings > Logs, if there are any errors you’ll see them there.
