Hello, nice to meet you all
i just started a trial for the pro plan and im facing some issues

1. API connection with Make
i created An api key thru My profile > API settings > generete api key
and i entered this API  to manychat integration at Make
but i get this error “[401] Wrong token”
Maybe it is because of im on trial? i tried to find guides about it but nothing worked

2.When i openned a sub account for another facebook page it asked me to upgrade this sub account for pro
i thought the payment is per contact not per sub-accounts
and agian maybe it is a problem that happen only on trial period?

thanks

Trial accounts do have limitations on the API usage, some endpoints are restricted. I suggest you upgrade to Pro directly (you can ask support to switch for you).

As for the pricing, it's per account and per subscriber.

One Manychat account can have 1 FB, 1 IG, 1 Whatsapp and 1 Telegram channels connected, and it's per-subscriber billing is separate from any other accounts you may have (so you may have an account with 500 subs and another with 50000).

My account is Pro, and I'm facing the same issue.
