problem with my first new subscription

hello, it’s been one day since I subscribed with 99.9$ plan just for setting an automations response on DM (without conditions) for anyone comment on my post on Instagram, for one day every things is allright but today when i create a new simple automations and when I want to turn on the trigger the message pups up saying to me “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.Upgrade To Pro” when I already in the Pro mode, please help me to solve this.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a €51.82 subscription by mistake, but my subscription last month was only around €20. I’m not sure about the difference in services, but I would like to continue with the cheaper plan, as I am a student and on a tight budget.

 

It would be a huge help if you could revert my subscription to the regular, more affordable plan and refund the difference, as this mistake has been quite costly for me.

@Bahareh, Manychat charges for the number of contacts you have.
In the pricing page you find a slider to calculate de cost per contact number: https://manychat.com/pricing

PS: you can always delete old contacts from your account and be charged less. 😉

I am facing the same issue. How did you solve it mate? 
I just brought the Subscription and when I am trying to on the Trigger it shows the same thing to me.

As @fgaulke mentions you need to watch your subscribers list and how many people you have on your Manychat account as this will affect your billing.

For any other billing questions, you should always open a ticket at https://help.manychat.com. Manychat’s support team is not monitoring requests here in the Community.
