Hello eveyrone,
I renewed my subscription after a year and now I am seeing “Some issues with account's permissions were found. Facebook page Admin has to Refresh Permissions.”. When I press “Refresh Permissions” the initial warning text still stays and down below of that warning text the new text appears “The page connection was successfully reloaded”. My automation or anything is still not working, not seeing the “Get started” text, etc. What should i do, i want my automation to be started ASAP.

If this works, then the connection is properly set up.
If not, try to reconnect again - make sure you’re admin on the page.
If that doesn’t work you’ll need to contact support.
