Hello, I have a problem. There is a video. I want the bot to respond to comments and send a message, but it does not accept.

Hi,
Fist you have to set a trigger (User comments on your post or reel) and set the keyword you want and the responses the bot will give to the users that comment the keywords.
Next, you must define the first message as "Send as Comment Reply”
It will only be possible to send a text block with a button (or a Quick Reply) wich you can connect to another blocks that will be send AFTER your contact clicks on this first button/ quick reply.
PS: if you are on the Free Plan, remember that Manychat has a limit of 3 Keywords for your account 
If you need more, a Pro Plan will be necessary.
