Hi. I am Nirjari and just joined Many chat.
I am loving the features given on this app.
However, I am unable to find option to reply publicly on the comments I receive on my Instagram reels or posts. I am able to send DM however I wish to engage with followers in public.
How to do it? I couldnt find that option. Also, mine is basic plan and not paid on manychat.
Please help.
