Query about Manychat setup for a call center

Hello, Manychat Community!

 

I'm setting up a call center using Manychat for an accounting firm. We want to use a single WhatsApp Business number to receive all messages and direct them to different departments within the company as needed.

 

Can anyone confirm if Manychat can handle this efficiently with the PRO plan? I need tips or examples on how to properly set this up.

yes, it’s possible.

I have a client (travel agency) using manychat the way you’re asking.

all cusotmers talk to the same whatsapp number (instagram and facebook too) and then, according to the customer’s need, the conversation is assigned to an agent.. you can have more than one agent.. you can share conversation with each other.. so, yes..

Or have you hired the Manychat Inbox service?

you can have agents even on a free plan.. I don’t remember now how many.. I believe it’s just one..

but if you are planning to have multiple agents, you’ll need to upgrade to a pro plan
