Hi! Sometimes people comment on my post before the automation is set up and then they don’t get the links to their DMs. What is the best way to remedy this? I have not been able to figure out a way to preset an automation if the post is not already live on Instagram. Not even sure if this is possible. Thanks for your time and help!

If you’re using Manychat Free account, it’s not possible to “schedule” your automation to the next post/reel. The alternative is to create your automation before your post/reel goes live.
If you’re using Manychat Pro account, you can “schedule” your automation to the next post/reel. When you’re going to create a new automation, you have these two options:
In the “auto-reply to comment in DM” you have the option to set the automation to the next post/reel, like this:
Using the option “Next post/reel” you are going to be able to activate your automation before your post/reel goes live.
