I’ve tried everything to resolve the issue - have tried editing the automation, copied it and deleted the original. I’ve now deleted all the quick replies and just have a basic comment with a link that works. It’s not the ideal scenario, but I’ll put the quick replies back in when it’s working again I guess. Is there any way to actually report a problem, or can we only put it here and home someone knows the answer?
This seems to happen every 3-6 months, the quick reply buttons just stop working.
There is NEVER any mention of this from Many Chat, they allow people to ask about it while quietly fixing it in the background, never any acknowledgement of the issue, when it might be fixed or even when they have fixed it.
What are you supposed to do when refreshing, disabling and re-activating, deleting buttons and re-instating them doesn’t work?
Buttons are working, quick replies aren’t and we need the quick replies when we have multiple options. Such BS.
I just discovered this! Almost a 100 automations are a dud now!!! Why do i pay this much a month when they just push production grade code without testing one of its CORE features better?
