Hi, I created a quiz where you get different recommendations based on your response (I used tags to segment this). I am stuck on the final step. At the end of the quiz, I am trying to have certain response generate based on the users selections. I don’t know how to make the conditions flow so that based on your answer, you get the correct response.

Is there a way to link (1) Instagram message to multiple conditions at once? and if not, how do I get this condition flow to work properly? I originally had the conditions stacked vertically, but did not see an option to attached the (1) Instagram message of “Okay you’re all dome” to all the the different conditions to generate the results, so I switched to a horizontal method you see below...

@CMaxwell I’d set it up with 3 conditions, something like this:

Hi Gustavo, thank you so much for your quick response! I changed the conditions, and if I do a preview of it in Manychat, the logic works. But if I preview it in Instagram, despite changing my responses each time, I keep only getting the one result which is the first combo of “First 6 Weeks Guide” & “Diastasis Guide.” No matter which quiz answers I pick, its only picking that same response in message #4. Again, the logic works fine when I preview it in the editor in Manychat, but previewing in Instagram it does not work right. Any thoughts? See updated flow below:

@CMaxwell are you removing the tags before running the 2nd test?

If you aren’t, it’ll have all tags and the first true statement will always be selected.

Can you clarify what you mean by removing tags?? Can you provide an example? I am using tags to segment the selection options, so I’m a bit confused as to how I could remove the tags?? Appreciate your assistance!

@CMaxwell So there’s an action that’s called ‘Remove Tag’, which will untag the user.

If you’re running multiple tests then you need to reset after each test.

And to reset, you need to remove all the tags so that you start with a ‘clean’ user, with no selections made yet.

So I remove the tags in their entirety? Or do I simply add the “remove tag” like I have in these screenshots? However, I just tested again with the “remove tag” added and I’m still having the same issue where only the one answer will generate despite varying selections.
