Hello

Say I want to create an automation with manychat, and when my user hasn’t responded in say 20 seconds I would like to ask him if he’s still there. If he’s not, we will wait 5 mins to ask him again, and if he still doesn’t answer we close the convo. But if he does answer we continue the flow. I tried to research how to implement such thing and couldn’t find anything. Does anybody have any idea?

You can add smart delay in your automation with timer. The minimum is 10 seconds and the maximum is 24 hours I think.

The smart delay is independant of the text so you have to add another node to complete your diagram
