Say I want to create an automation with manychat, and when my user hasn’t responded in say 20 seconds I would like to ask him if he’s still there. If he’s not, we will wait 5 mins to ask him again, and if he still doesn’t answer we close the convo. But if he does answer we continue the flow. I tried to research how to implement such thing and couldn’t find anything. Does anybody have any idea?
