I have a default reply chat. After it has been closed or handed over to an operator. How can it be closed/reset so that when another message is sent it triggers again from the beginning?

Currenty after being closed, any new message will just reopen the chat for an operator immediately instead of re-triggering. from the start.

In case anybody else needs the answer I set the deafult trigger to “every time”

Then set a condition right after the trigger:

Last interaction in whatsapp is more than hinsert time].
