read the tag in ActiveCampaign

Hello community,

i have a question and hope you can help me, i am new to the subject and a beginner.

Each contact has its own custom field ‘maychat ID’ and a tag ‘insta bf’ in ActiveCampaign .

I would like ActiveCampaign to read the tag from the contact and return it to many chat

How can I do this?

Hey @Kami you need to use an external tool to do that (like Zapier or Make.com), or integrate to ActiveCampaign through their API.

If you haven't done these integrations before, I suggest you start with Zapier as it's the most friendly tool to use.
