I’m interested in creating a bot that can receive audio messages, transcribe them using ChatGPT or another AI, and respond based on the transcription. Is this possible with Manychat?

No, it’s not possible.
The reason is that Manychat does not allow you to capture images or audios on the Default Reply, so you cannot process them.
The only option is to use a User Input field and wait for the user to send an audio. In that scenario you can process the audio. However, this is a limited use case since most users will just send an audio message whenever they want.
