Hello Everyone,

I’ve been creating simple flows to connect with our business audience on Instagram using ManyChat. Recently, we accidentally unlinked our Facebook Page and Instagram account, causing all of the automations we set up in ManyChat to stop working. We've reconnected the page and Instagram account, but the automations are still not functioning. Does anyone know how to get them working again? I have already use refresh permission and it’s still not working. I really appreciate any help. Thanks so much in advance!

The "fast” option could be unlinking the FB/IG accounts again, create a new Manychat Account and link them together. And redo or import your automations after that.
