Hello, is it possible for it to respond to people who send us reels videos, just like it replies to people who respond to stories? Currently, it only replies when they leave comments.

You can set up your default reply to trigger your automation if they send something that wasn't included in your initial trigger.
This way, the conversation continues smoothly.
You can also set it to trigger the automation for responses to reels and DMs as well.
