Now, I want to take advantage of these facebook profiles in a remarketing campaign. How can I export them into Facebook ads to create custome audience.

Then Bulk Actions will be enabled. Select it, and click ‘Export PSID’.
This will give you a CSV with a list of PSIDs that you can import into the Ads Manager.
Just FYI: you need a lot of contacts for this to work properly - a couple hundred at least, ideally 1000+
