Hello, I created 2 chatbots to respond to my Instagram and Messenger DMs. My problem is that every time someone sends me a message, the chatbot replies with a default message like: "Hello! How can I assist you today?" instead of responding directly to the DM. I’ve searched through the different settings and even instructed the chatbot to reply directly, but this issue persists. Do you know how to permanently remove this default message?
