I am able to re-open chats but if it’s been over 7 days since our last interaction I can’t respond to them through manychat. Is that a limitation manychat has set?

it’s from Meta itself.. 24h from last interaction.. look up about broadcast for whatsapp and messenger.. with broadcast you can send bulk messages
