Issue:

I am unable to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat no matter what I try, and I keep getting the message "Request Sent". All the settings are correct. I was previously connected through the ManyChat app, but after Log Out, I can no longer reconnect.

I followed the instructions in Facebook Business Suite, and everything is set up properly. However, every time I try to connect, the "Request Sent" error appears and the connection still doesn't work.

Please guide me on what I need to do to resolve this issue

That means that the Instagram account is already connected to a Manychat account.

Make sure that you are using the same account that you used on the mobile app.
