Hi everyone.
I have the same request and problem.

I am looking for a webhook URL that can be used to receive payloads from external applications with Manychat.
Can anyone give me some info on this?
I am a less experienced user.

I should add this parameter in the META WhatsApp Business account

I suggest you look into tools like Make.com or Zapier.

With MANYCHAT you can't do it directly but you have to go through another software.
I already have ZAPIER active for other things.

Can you recommend a guide to follow to do what I need?
I'm not very expert in these things.

​@mauro.mancio77 I don't have a tutorial in mind, but you'd create a webhook in your software and configure it with a Zapier webhook.

Then you process it as necessary, and use Manychat's API to push information to Manychat and the specific users.
