[RESOLVED] Instagram Comment Trigger responses with buttons may be delivered as blank DMs

Amém, que resolva o mais rapido possível, minha operação parou e perdi uns 500 leeds, se quando resolverem poderem resolver mandando mensagem para aqueles que não chegaram, ficaria otimo.

Também estou lidando com o mesmo problema. O suporte do manychat disse que é um bug do Meta e eles não podem fazer nada

También tengo de pago esta aplicación, ¿Alguien sabe como se puede solucionar este problema y cuanto teiempo van a tardar en solucionarlo? Muchas gracias

Preciso de suporte, foi realizada uma cobrança indevida, visto que só usei o manychat um mês cancelei minha assinatura e continuou cobrando no meu cartão, cancelei cartão para não vir mais as cobranças e assim que chegou o novo e desbloqueei cobrou novamnte! Já são $ cobranças indevidas, quero a restituição do valor para o cartão.

I have the Manychat Pro version, the leads are commenting on the keyword in the publications, but the automation is not working and the leads are not receiving messages to continue with the Manychat service.

Any update on this?

I’ve just signed up to do my first automated post and have come across this error. Why hasn’t it been fixed already?

Has anyone already found the solution so that the automations are triggered and I don't send blank messages? Because I also have this problem, I have the pro version and my automations are not working. I would appreciate it if you have feedback or a response from Instagram to solve this problem.

I’ve had this issue since I’ve started to use ManyChat 6 months ago. Have escalated it to support many times and still no resolution

any update? Getting lots of people saying their message is blank.

I am a new user to Manychat. Is this still not working? Not sure if I made a mistake in my simple test workflow (see screenshots) or if this is still an issue. 

 

Hey ​@Sophia123 are you able to send any links at all via your Instagram channel? 

I am having an issue where if I try to send a message that contains a link (to any website) the message will not send. Wondering if you’re having a similar problem.

No I was able to do that, this is working:
 

But i have other issues. Now it shows the button, but when I click on it, it just reloads the page instead of going to the next step.. Manychat is very confusing.

Is there a list of all of those funny “features” of Manychat like this somewhere or how can I find out more about this?
