We are planning on upgrading to the “Pro Version” and starting with a free trial of Manychat by purchasing the $25 option.
Suppose we exceed 2500 contacts, and say we made contacts of 3000 in that same month, will $45 be automatically debited through the credit card (as it is a card from the US), or will we be notified before it gets debited?
Also, can we choose a $45 plan directly? Or should we compulsorily start from $25?
We haven’t proceeded with the payment, but while we were proceeding for our payment, we didn’t have an option to choose for the $45 version, and also it just asks for our card details which is confusing.
If we have clarity on this, we’d like to directly go for the $45 payment instead of the $25.
Please clarify.
