Scalable Pricing - Automatic Debit or will we be notified before it the amount is Debited?

Hello!

We are planning on upgrading to the “Pro Version” and starting with a free trial of Manychat by purchasing the $25 option. 

Suppose we exceed 2500 contacts, and say we made contacts of 3000 in that same month, will $45 be automatically debited through the credit card (as it is a card from the US), or will we be notified before it gets debited? 

Also, can we choose a $45 plan directly? Or should we compulsorily start from $25?

We haven’t proceeded with the payment, but while we were proceeding for our payment, we didn’t have an option to choose for the $45 version, and also it just asks for our card details which is confusing.  

If we have clarity on this, we’d like to directly go for the $45 payment instead of the $25. 

Please clarify.

It’s automatic, Manychat will pro-rate and charge you accordingly.

Just go for the $25/month, once you go over 2500 subs Manychat will do the math and charge you at the end of the month.

So, if we go overboard, will Manychat then charge $45 (and more) automatically? 
As we don’t have control on how many connections Manychat may make in a month’s time. 

We would not like to go over the $45 mark. Can we limit it to $45? Is that a possibility?

Yes, Manychat will charge accordingly.

The only way to control it is to go in and delete subscribers so you never go above whatever max you decide.
