Hey, trying to get better followups and also implementing some people in my team.
But I have the problem, that I somehow cannot filter to unanswered only Chats.
Is there no way to do it or am I just blind?
If not - how do you guys manage to see only unanswered Chats?

You are right. there's no way to filter unread messages. 
That's a good idea to suggest here in the community.
This is ridiculous, how can we not filter UNREAD messages, this is something that is so ridiculous that I still can not believe I am reading someone say that this is a good idea. It was a good idea 30 years ago.
