Hello! I would like to know if an automatic message can be sent through a webhook that I use in zoho crm to clients, as an automatic payment reminder. How could I do this, could you help me? In this case, the message must be sent when the rule is activated on the Zoho CRM side and the event is triggered by sending the data through the webhook, such as your full name, debt and telephone number to which this automatic message must be sent.

 

 

You will need Manychat’s API documentation for reference on the API: https://api.manychat.com/swagger#/

You will most likely have to:

  1. Catch the trigger from Zoho
  2. Normalize phone number in Make
  3. Create the subscriber
  4. Set any custom fields
  5. Then send a flow with a message template

Exact steps may vary based on how you’re connecting Manychat and Zoho.
