Send question and response from AI Step to webhook

Hello,

I use AI chat for Whatsapp.
I want to send user/bot reply to webhook.
It is possible?

@MiriamBmby unfortunately, no. You do not have access to the conversation content in the AI step.

The alternative could be to have the AI step capture data, store it to user fields, and then trigger your webhooks with the user fields’ contents.

@MiriamBmby the only way I can think of is to have someone go through the live chat and manually copy and paste it… 🤷‍♂️
