Hi!
I am doing an integration with my CRM (via Integrately) that:
1-When a new lead enters
1- creates a contact in Manychat
2-Adds a TAG to the contact
The purpose of this TAG is to trigger an automation that sends a sequence of messages through WhatsApp.
Everything goes well and the Tag is inserted into the contact, but the flow is not triggered!
A warning appears in the contact:
"The last interaction with this user was more than 24 hours ago. You can only send one Message Template at the moment."
This is not true, since the integration allows this interaction to occur in less than 5 minutes!
I would not like to use the WhatsApp Message Templates feature that allows businesses to engage with their clients outside the 24-hour window, because this is not the case. And using these templates makes me feel stuck having to authorize each change of template.
Has anyone experienced this and can help me?
I have been with ManyChat support for two days without a solution!
