Could someone assist me, please? I'm looking to set up an automation that sends a private message to a customer as soon as they join my WhatsApp group.

Has anyone here successfully implemented this? If so, could you kindly share your approach?

Hi, Erick. You won't be able to do this solely with Manychat, as it doesn't allow group approaches. I haven't created an automation, but I believe the ideal approach involves a tool that allows working with groups, such as SendFlow. After capturing this data, you can send it to Make and make some calls to Manychat:

  • Create a contact
  • Add the contact to a flow (which will contain the message to be sent).
