Could someone assist me, please? I'm looking to set up an automation that sends a private message to a customer as soon as they join my WhatsApp group.

Hi, Erick. You won't be able to do this solely with Manychat, as it doesn't allow group approaches. I haven't created an automation, but I believe the ideal approach involves a tool that allows working with groups, such as SendFlow. After capturing this data, you can send it to Make and make some calls to Manychat:
- Create a contact
- Add the contact to a flow (which will contain the message to be sent).
