Hi all!

 

There were a few people that made a typo in the automation so they were never entered into the flow--is there a way to get the in the automation sequence without telling them to send the correct keyword?

If they’re within the 24 hours (for IG/Messenger) you can send them the flow directly from the Live Chat, using the Automation option.

I was about to suggest the same thing.

That’s the way I handle cases like these. I use it even to send more flows to the customer.
