Hi Manychat Support,
I'm interested in using Manychat to automate a welcome message for new followers on my Instagram account. However, I understand that Instagram's API doesn't currently allow for automated direct messages.
Could you please advise on any alternative approaches I can use to achieve a similar outcome?
I'd appreciate any insights or recommendations you can offer.

we all want this option but for now it’s not possible.
what you can do is AFTER someone talks to you, you can check if it is a follower and have some actions according to this.. like, if it’s not a follower, ask them to follow.. or if it is, do something else..

I am also interested into this, just saw this working from an account that I began to follow and was very cool and positive welcoming.
Is this a limitation of Manychat features?
