I need help with automations in ads. In our company we have different tipe of treatments, so we produce different ads. The Manychat automation sends the same information to the different ads because we create the rule with key words like “price”.
Does anyone know if a certain ad can be discriminated from that automatic response?

You need to create a trigger for each point you want to track. Manychat is not capable of making this separation.
Example:
Ad1 -> Trigger: price1
Ad2 -> Trigger: price2
Ad3 -> Trigger: price3
Stories Organic -> Trigger: price4
And so on...
Here at the company, we work with very robust tracking structures and, normally, we create dozens of variations for the same trigger, precisely to know where the leads are coming from.

The other problem we have is that the ads do not appear as an option among the contents, we have to do some kind of special integration for ads?
