Hi all, I've set up a sequence for when someone comments a particular word either on my stories, posts and reels for Instagram but I've noticed that when people do comment the particular word that it's not working. I can't seem to figure out why. Would anyone be able to review and see where I'm going wrong? Thanks so much!

I am also having this problem! I set up a super simple automation with two key words “hormone tracker” and “hormone” and it doesn’t seem to be sending my message.Â
Could you show me triggers ? Whole automation doesnt work or some steps ?
