How do i set a note in a chat via a flow or via api?

Usecase. I’ve got live agents dealing with tickets for support.
You can’t search for a ticket id/number in the search that is a custom field but notes do show up.

I need to be able to dynamically set those notes to make the tickets searchable.

@Eddie ​@bentodman93 notes are not available on the API.

You could suggest this idea/use case if you need it so the team has it logged.
