Setting up an Automation for an IG live

I am setting up a flow for an upcoming IG live so that we can send users who comment the keyword our affiliate link where they can sign up. However, I am unable to add a photo in the “comment reply” box where I want to include a message, photo, and link. I have done this in the past but multiple flows were involved, and this one is very simple so it’s just one automation. Am I missing something? In the other flows where I was able to do this it was labeled as a “send within a 24h window” and that let’s me add a photo, but when I press set live it tells me I need to change it to a “comment reply” where I can’t seem to add a photo,
