In my experience shadowbans happen when instagram has found that a user is either sending to many messages/comments/posts/likes or even attempting to use banned hashtags. Virtually anything that can be considered spam OR instagram feels the content is in some way against the guidelines can result in a shadowban.  I would recommend throttling back on the number of automations that are being triggered and potentially revamping the content to better fit Instagram’s guidelines. As much as I would love the feature, instagram does not have a manor to appeal a shadowban at the moment.
